photos, images, illustrations and other artwork will be posted to elizabethpark.org.
Individuals, business entities, and organizations represents
to The Friends of Elizabeth Park and unconditionally guarantees that
any elements of photos, images or illustrations and other artwork
furnished to the Friends’ for inclusion in Web pages are owned by
the said party, or that they
have permission from the rightful
owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless,
protect, and defend The Friends of Elizabeth Park and its
subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such
elements furnished by the aforementioned parties. The Friends of Elizabeth Park also reserves the right to decide which individuals, organizations, and business entities are permitted the use of photos, images, illustrations, and other representations found within the www.elizabethpark.org website. As general practice, The Friends' will allow such use providing we are properly notified as follows and that use of this media will not be for commercial purposes or profit in any form.
